Job Description:
Reporting to the Operations Department, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Safe navigation and operation of the vessel
- Overseeing vessel maintenance and upkeep
- Managing crew and ensuring smooth teamwork
- Providing excellent service and care to guests onboard
- Following all Health & Safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Maintaining a positive and professional working environment
Requirements:
- Maldivian nationals only
- Fluent in Dhivehi and English
- Valid vessel operating license
- Police clearance certificate
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience operating speedboats in the Maldives
- Physically fit with a friendly and professional attitude
- Relevant work experience certificates and references required
