四、岗位职责
4. Job Responsibilities
1)负责项目交房阶段的物业管理统筹工作,确保交付流程顺利进行;
Responsible for overall property management during project handover and ensure smooth delivery process;
2)建立、完善并落地物业管理制度、标准及操作流程;
Establish, improve, and implement property management systems, standards, and SOPs;
3)组建并管理物业团队,开展日常运营管理工作;
Build and manage the property management team and oversee daily operations;
4)负责客户服务体系搭建及业主关系维护;
Develop customer service systems and maintain good relationships with property owners;
5)协调工程、安保、清洁等各部门工作,提升整体物业服务品质;
Coordinate engineering, security, and cleaning teams to enhance overall service quality;
6)处理项目交付后的各类物业问题及突发事件;
Handle post-handover property issues and emergencies;
7)完成公司安排的其他相关工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
五、任职要求
5. Job Requirements
1)具有房地产项目物业管理经验,必须具备完整项目交房实操经验;
Proven experience in property management for real estate projects, with hands-on experience in project handover;
2)具备物业管理制度搭建及落地执行能力;
Strong ability to establish and implement property management systems;
3)具备物业团队管理经验,有较强的组织协调能力;
Experience in managing property teams with strong organizational and coordination skills;
4)中文和英语能力优秀,可在全中文工作环境中无障碍沟通;
Excellent Chinese and English proficiency, able to work fluently in a fully Chinese-speaking environment;
5)责任心强,执行力高,具备良好的服务意识及职业素养;
Strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, and good service mindset;
6)能适应海外工作环境。
Able to adapt to overseas working conditions.

1)薪资待遇优厚,具体面议;
Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience;
工作满半年可享受带薪回国休假一次(15天);
One paid home leave every 6 months (15 days);
