Job Responsibilities 1)负责项目交房阶段的物业管理统筹工作，确保交付流程顺利进行； Responsible for overall property management during project handover and ensure smooth delivery process; 2)建立、完善并落地物业管理制度、标准及操作流程； Establish, improve, and implement property management systems, standards, and SOPs; 3)组建并管理物业团队，开展日常运营管理工作； Build and manage the property management team and oversee daily operations; 4)负责客户服务体系搭建及业主关系维护；...

岗位职责: 1.负责工程项目相关文件的中英文翻译工作（包括合同、图纸说明、报告等）； 2.参与项目会议，提供现场口译支持； 3.协助项目团队与中方及外方人员沟通协调； 4.完成领导交办的其他翻译及相关工作。 任职要求: 1.中文及英文流利，具备良好的听说读写能力； 2.有工程、建筑或相关领域翻译经验者优先； 3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神； 4.工作认真负责，能适应海外工作环境。 薪资待遇 1.月薪：10,000 MVR 2.公司负责办理工作签证，所有工签费用由员工本人承担。 3.每半年休假一次，每次休假15天，公司报销往返国际机票。 WhatApp/Viber:9425386
