Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete overhaul of diesel generator engines, especially Cummins models (e.g., Q Series, K Series, N series)
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out effective troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct engine inspections, condition assessments, and performance testing
• Prepare detailed technical reports on findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Identify and prepare accurate spare parts lists using Cummins systems (QSOL / QuickServe Online)
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities and maintenance records
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for parts and service planning
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Experience  
• Minimum [5+] years of hands-on experience in generator engine overhaul
• Strong working knowledge of Cummins engines and associated systems
• Proficiency in using Cummins QSOL (QuickServe Online) for parts identification
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to prepare clear and professional technical reports
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in power generation, marine, or heavy equipment industries
• OEM training or certification on Cummins engines

·         Food money: Rufiyaa 2,200.00 per month (paid in Local currency)
