Conduct induction program for new recruits Process staff leave applications and coordinate ticket purchases Maintain vehicle register and ensure timely payments and renewals. Be update on immigration expatriate rules and regulations Draw up and organize staff events Handle Xpat online system Excellent organizational skills and meet deadlines Draft, write letters in English and Divehi Fluent in English and Divehi     Qualification and other Requirements ·         Diploma in a related field ·         2 Years of Experience ·         Experience in MS excel, word and Outlook.
