Key Responsibilities
*Vessel Operations: Conduct vessel boarding and coordinate Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations.
* Quality & Quantity Assurance: Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of petroleum products.
* Technical Inspections: Perform daily TST tank sounding, ullage calculations, and water dip measurements.
* Documentation: Prepare ullage reports, quantity certificates, and maintain fuel delivery bill records and registers.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience in petroleum terminal or vessel cargo inspection (2+ years preferred).
* Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MMC gauging, ullage/sounding calculations, and ASTM/IP tables.
* Experience with GSV/NSV computation and tank calibration.
* Familiarity with shore tank inspections and shore storage tanks.
Education:
*Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage.
