About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Motor Rewinding Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in rewinding and repairing various types of electric motors and related components. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in electric motors, generators, and transformers.
- Perform complete motor rewinding, including stripping, cleaning, winding, and testing.
- Repair or replace damaged motor parts such as bearings, shafts, and insulation.
- Conduct motor performance tests and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical certificate or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motor Rewinding Technician (AC/DC motors).
- Strong understanding of motor components, electrical diagrams, and rewinding procedures.
- Ability to operate rewinding machines and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of insulation materials, varnishing processes, and testing methods.
- Experience with pumps, generators, or industrial motors.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and best practices.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: MVR 6,300 (based on experience and skill level)
