Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about payroll accuracy? Join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring timely, compliant, and confidential payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leave data, and system entries.
  • Manage final settlements for resignations and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with Finance until completion.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ payroll/compensation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and payroll systems.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
