Job Description

We’re Hiring: Admin Assistant
Work Location: Head Office, Malé, Maldives

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to manage vessel-related documentation, contracts, and insurance, while also supporting HR and day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities.
- Handle all daily administrative work
- Maintain and renew government documents for supply boats & speedboats
- Update and manage vessel insurance records and docking schedules
- Keep vessel-related contracts up to date and coordinate renewals with Accounts
- Provide administrative support for MGH Island Transport staff, HR processes

Requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in administrative roles (knowledge of vessel/transport admin is a plus)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
