Job Description

  • Assist the Staff Cafeteria team in managing all culinary activities during Ramadan, ensuring compliance with Velaa’s standards in quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
  • Promoting effective cross-sectional communication with a positive team spirit.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and proactively contribute to enhancing both the standard and variety of menu offerings.

Qualifications

  • Available to work from mid-February 2026 to the 20th of March 2026.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with hotels/resorts in preparing Maldivian and Asian cuisine.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Experienced in working with multicultural teams and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in hectic environments.
