Assist the Staff Cafeteria team in managing all culinary activities during Ramadan, ensuring compliance with Velaa’s standards in quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Promoting effective cross-sectional communication with a positive team spirit.
Ensure consistency in food quality and proactively contribute to enhancing both the standard and variety of menu offerings.
Qualifications
Available to work from mid-February 2026 to the 20th of March 2026.
Previous experience in a similar role with hotels/resorts in preparing Maldivian and Asian cuisine.
Must have excellent knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Experienced in working with multicultural teams and able to work under pressure.
Ability to work in hectic environments.
