Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards and reflects the values of Velaa Private Island. To support the overall strategic management of the resort by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular, the GM and their immediate direct reports. Help and support role to the General Manager in property strategic planning. Specific emphasis on master planning and “thinking outside the box” to identify value opportunities. Provides alerts to senior management and the corporate office via regular forecasts, outlook reports, or reporting concerning positive or negative trends in the business.  Works with colleagues and the general manager to ensure consistency and accuracy of communication regarding future trends in the business.
