We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Accounts Executive to manage financial operations and support the company’s continued growth in the luxury marine transport sector.

Role: Accounts Executive What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Experience in handling accounts, invoicing, and financial records
- Ability to manage payments, receipts, and cash flow efficiently
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional, trustworthy, and confidential approach to financial data
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, marine, or transport industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices to resorts, travel agencies, and corporate clients
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Handle spot cash transfer records and reconciliations
- Process payments, expenses, and supplier invoices
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Coordinate with management, operations, and external auditors when required
