Viluxur Holidays is a destination-led luxury travel house working across Russia/CIS, the GCC, China, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka. As our Russia/CIS business continues to scale, we are looking for a Russian Sales Coordinator to support reservations, contracting, and system accuracy — working closely with our Contracting and Operations teams in Sri Lanka and Russia.

This role is not a sales position.
It is a coordination, accuracy, and execution role supporting the Russia/CIS market.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Entering contracts, rates, and special offers into our internal systems
• Coordinating closely with the Contracting team in Sri Lanka and Russia; Acting as a bridge between the Russia/CIS market and HQ operations
• Supporting the Reservations team with confirmations, amendments, and follow-ups
• Ensuring all data, rates, and conditions are correctly reflected and updated

You will be trained in Sri Lanka, working hands-on with our Contracting and Operations teams to understand systems, processes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain resort contracts, offers, and supplements in the system
• Ensure accuracy of rates, cancellation policies, and booking conditions
• Support reservations from Russia/CIS with confirmations and amendments
• Monitor stop-sales, release periods, and booking deadlines
• Coordinate internally to resolve discrepancies or issues
• Maintain structured records and system hygiene
• Support peak periods and charter-related operations as needed

What This Role Is Not

• Not a sales or target-driven role
• Not client-facing sales or business development
• Not cold calling or lead generation

This role is about precision, coordination, and reliability.

Ideal Profile

• Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
• Good working knowledge of English
• Background in travel, tourism, reservations, contracting, or operations preferred
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable working with systems and data
• Willing to train and/or relocate for work from Sri Lanka
• Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks

Experience with Maldives or resort-based operations is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

Training & Onboarding

• Structured training in Sri Lanka alongside:

  • Reservations team
  • Operations support
• Full exposure to Viluxur systems and workflows
• Ongoing support during ramp-up period
