SOMMELIER
SCOPE OF WORK
- Manage the premium wine and spirits portfolio for our alcoholic beverage trading operations.
- Provide expert recommendations to clients and partners regarding wine selection, pairing, and storage.
- Conduct staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service standards across the team.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the proper handling and preservation of high-value stock.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through expert product presentation and customer engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional certification (e.g., WSET Level 3 or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sommelier or Wine Consultant in a luxury hospitality or distribution environment.
- Deep knowledge of international wine regions, varietals, and spirits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with high-profile clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain meticulous inventory records.
