OPERATIONS MANAGER (MALDIVIAN ONLY)
SCOPE OF WORK
- Lead the distribution operations for Alcoholic Beverages, Cigars, and Premium Brands.
- Coordinate logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee inventory management and stock recording using specialized software.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring coverage across 6-day work weeks or shift bases.
- Enforce company rules, safety guidelines, and professional conduct at the workplace.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the beverage distribution sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership ability to manage diverse teams independently.
- Highly self-motivated and confident in high-pressure operational environments.
