ACCOUNTANT (2 POSITIONS)
SCOPE OF WORK
- Oversee the company’s financial health, specializing in Alcoholic Beverage Trading.
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate monthly salary slips for all employees.
- Conduct annual performance and base salary reviews.
- Evaluate sales performance to release monthly incentives for the sales team.
- Ensure all statutory deductions and financial practices comply with Maldives Law.
- Serve as the direct reporting finance manager .
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced degree or professional certification in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong background in managing financial operations within a distribution or trading environment.
- Expert knowledge of inventory management systems and financial software.
- High level of professional integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality.
