Safari Island Resort Maldives is seeking a talented, organized, and passionate Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high culinary standards, efficient kitchen workflow, and consistent food quality while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cost control.

Safari Island is located in the Heart of North Ari Atoll, Republic of Maldives. The Size of the Island is approximately 30,000 Square meters. The distance from Velana International Airport is about 60 km and takes about 25 minutes to reach the island by Seaplane. The Island is surrounded by a white Powdery, sandy beach,
and crystal clear water lagoon, and a house reef which is attractive for snorkeling and diving with attractive diving points.
