Position: Admin Assistant 
Location: Malé / Office-Based 
Salary: Negotiable

Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Malé Operations Team by managing communications, documentation, scheduling, and coordination. The role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with organizational standards, and effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, typing, diary management, travel arrangements, visitor handling, and telephone duties.
•    Assist the line manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
•    Liaise with external departments and company relations on security matters.
•    Achieve agreed personal targets and assist the line manager to achieve team targets.
•    Ensure compliance with codes, legislation, and procedures, including health and safety.
•    Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with assigned work.
•    Meet daily operational targets and contribute to overall team performance.
•    Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
•    Advanced Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business Management, or a relevant field.
•    Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Administration, Coordination, or a similar role.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•    Fluency in written and spoken English and Dhivehi.
•    Flexibility, adaptability and Attention to detail.
•    Problem-solving abilities.
