Viluxur Holidays is one of the leading DMCs for luxury Maldives travel. With rapid growth in the Russia/CIS → Maldives segment, we are expanding our Sales & Reservations team and opening multiple new positions.
We are looking for confident, detail-oriented Sales & Reservations Partners who can support our Russia/CIS agents and help increase conversions across our Maldives portfolio.
Your Role
As a Sales & Reservations Partner, you will:
- Handle daily reservations for Maldives luxury resorts
- Prepare quotations, confirmations, and creative offers for agents
- Communicate with partners in Russian and support their inquiries
- Coordinate with Maldives resorts and internal teams
- Work with systems such as Samo / CRM
- Ensure accuracy, speed, and high service levels
Who we are Looking For,
- Fluent Russian speaker (MUST)
- Experience in Maldives reservations or DMC sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with fast turnaround times
- Team player with a proactive mindset
Work Option Available

1️⃣ Work-From-Home (Russia/CIS region)
- Ideal for experienced reservation specialists working remotely
- Must have stable internet + ability to work fixed schedules
2️⃣ Sri Lanka Office – Colombo
- Full access to training, systems, and leadership
- Sri Lankan nationals or Russian-speaking expats welcome
3️⃣ Maldives Office – Malé
- Visa sponsorship available
- Office-based role (not resort-based)
- Great for those who want direct exposure to resort teams
