• Able to prepare and manage hot kitchen operations independently • Knowledge of international cuisine, café-style food, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, breakfast items, and light meals • Good hygiene and food safety practices • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Team player with a positive attitude
