Skills and Requirements: V alid Boat License and relevant certification. Previous experience as a Boat Captain, preferably in a resort or tourism environment. Strong knowledge of navigation, maritime safety regulations, and emergency procedures. Good communication, leadership and energetic can-do attitude. Physically fit and can able to handle marine operations. Basic engine troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
