Operations Assistant (Speedboat Transfers)

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Marine Operations Assistant to support our daily speedboat transfer operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic marine knowledge who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily speedboat operations and scheduling

• Support captains and crew during operations

• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections

• Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning

• Ensure safety equipment is onboard and functional

• Maintain docks, equipment, and spare parts

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of speedboat maintenance or marine operations

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a marine environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
