Key Responsibilities Treatments: Perform various therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, aromatherapy massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps. Guest Experience: Conduct consultations to tailor treatments to guest needs, maintaining a professional and relaxing environment. Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize treatment rooms between clients, manage laundry, and adhere to strict sanitation protocols (e.g., RCH standards). Sales & Admin: Promote spa retail products, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate guest records, including medical history and treatment notes.
