DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Oversight: Regularly check and monitor bank balances. Assist the Accountant in preparing online payments to foreign agents. Account Management: Maintain and update agents’ accounts. Record-keeping and tracking of emails related to accounting activities. Coordinate and communicate effectively with resorts, agents, and sales staff as needed. Teamwork and Support: Provide assistance to colleagues with accounting tasks to promote teamwork in a friendly working environment.
