Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a high-end five-star luxury hotel/resort. Excellent knowledge in Bar terminology, standard recipes and garnishes. Excellent knowledge of wines and spirits. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate the needs of the Department. Possesses outstanding guest service skills striving to exceed guests' expectations. Experience in Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Travel Guide standards will be an advantage.
