The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Dive Club Maldives' diving and water-based excursion products. The role involves assisting customers at the shop, providing accurate information about services, managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, and helping achieve company sales targets.
The successful candidate will:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the shop.
Explain dive courses, excursions, and other products and services.
Handle the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales.
Maintain strong knowledge of diving activities and excursion offerings.
Work closely with the marketing team to increase sales and customer engagement.
Monitor customer feedback and market trends and report findings to management.
Prepare and maintain sales records and reports.
Assist with monthly inventory checks and stock records.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as required....
