  Help and support the F&B team in providing a consistent and high-quality personalized F&B service, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to relating to customer service, cleanliness and personal development. Demonstrate Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness and acts as a role model. Provide support in preparing the ‘mise en place’ for different service periods. Assist in the setup of restaurant for meal periods, clearing and resetting of tables when necessary. Clear and fill service stations with required items and work as a team. Maintain a clean, organized, safe and orderly work area and ensures to follow the HACCP & general hygiene standards and operating procedures. Demonstrate a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness.  Maintain all Transport equipment to the highest level including daily checks and regular servicing schedules. Dry docking vessels, cleaning, painting, repair work under the guidance and supervision of appointed Velaa personnel. Ensure all guests equipment is correctly checked, loaded and stowed on vessels. Execute all duties as boat crew for snorkel, scuba, and all excursions including but not limited to, boat setup and breakdown, boat maintenance and cleaning, briefings, interpretive tours, guiding and site setting.
