About the Role
Safari Island Resort Maldives is seeking a talented, organized, and passionate Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high culinary standards, efficient kitchen workflow, and consistent food quality while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising all kitchen operations.
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all food items.
Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and maintain discipline and teamwork.
