Position: Assistant – Accounts Receivable Department: Finance / Accounts   Job Purpose To support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function for local customers by ensuring timely collections, accurate recording of receipts, effective monitoring of outstanding balances, and close coordination with the Sales team to maintain healthy cash flow.   Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Collections • Manage Accounts Receivable activities. • Follow up on outstanding customer payments in coordination with the Sales team and the customers. • Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely collection of overdue balances. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer balances and payment status. • Escalate long outstanding or critical accounts to management when required.
