SCOPE OF WORK
Oversee the company’s financial health, specializing in Alcoholic Beverage Trading .
Manage payroll and ensure accurate monthly salary slips for all employees.
Conduct annual performance and base salary reviews.
Evaluate sales performance to release monthly incentives for the sales team.
Ensure all statutory deductions and financial practices comply with Maldives Law .
Serve as the direct reporting finance manager .
REQUIREMENTS
Advanced degree or professional certification in Finance or Accounting.
Strong background in managing financial operations within a distribution or trading environment.
Expert knowledge of inventory management systems and financial software.
High level of professional integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality .
