Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, manpower, logistics, and vessel activities.
Supervise Captains, Crews, Engineers, and relevant staff.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Monitor costs, maintenance, inventory, and operational performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and business volume.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and support marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate effectively between operations, sales, and management teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, sales, and/or marketing management.
Marine, transport, or tourism industry experience is an advantage.
