Position: Instructor Trainee Salary: MVR 8,000 - MVR 10,000
Job Purpose
To assist senior instructors in delivering training programs and gradually develop the skills and knowledge required to become a certified instructor. Instructor Trainees will support training sessions, learn instructional techniques, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior instructors in preparing and conducting training sessions.
Learn and practice instructional methods and techniques under supervision.
Support in setting up training equipment and materials.
Observe and participate in practical demonstrations and exercises.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during training sessions.
