Qualifications
Valid License Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Dhoni/Boat Captain. Knowledge of navigation, local sea routes, tides, and weather conditions. Ability to conduct safety checks, basic maintenance, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide crew members. Communication skill.
