SCOPE OF WORK
Manage and optimize the sourcing and purchasing of Alcoholic Beverages, Cigars, and other products .
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Coordinate with the Finance Manager to manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure all incoming stock is recorded accurately and meets company quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee the timely replenishment of stock to meet sales demand.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to secure the best terms with vendors.
High level of organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards in purchasing.
