This role will serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related matters while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly payroll and verify attendance/overtime/leave. Handle new hire entries, final settlements, and ensure compliance with tax/pension laws. Prepare payroll reports, liaise with finance, and maintain secure records. Support audits, statutory filings, and labor law compliance. Assist employees with payroll queries, documents, and onboarding/offboarding.
