Join our Guest Relations team and create memorable experiences for our guests at Gangehi Island Resort.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Provide professional communication and personalized service to guests.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent Chinese/Mandarin communication is required.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous guest relations or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and service-minded approach.
