We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily finance operations in a dynamic resort environment. The role involves handling revenue tracking, cost control, and financial reporting across key departments, including Rooms, F&B, and Excursions.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounts.
Verify and reconcile daily revenue (Front Office, POS, online bookings)
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier coordination
Monitor cash flow, credit card collections, and bank reconciliations
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
Support cost control processes, especially for F&B and inventory
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a hotel or resort
