We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Accounts Receivable to join our Accounts team. Job Purpose: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable to manage customer payments, monitor outstanding balances, and support the company’s cash flow through timely collections and accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: 1. Follow up on outstanding customer payments and coordinate with the Sales team. 2. Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely collection of overdue invoices. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer balances and payment status. 4. Allocate customer payments and support bank reconciliations. 5. Prepare AR reports including ageing and collection status. 6. Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements. 7. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
