Key Responsibilities
· Strong knowledge of office administration
· Ability to plan, organize and coordinate day to day activities
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Understanding of quotation processing, purchase orders, invoicing and payment follow ups
· Knowledge of basic accounting and financial documentation procedures.
· Ability to maintain accurate records, database and filing systems (electronic and paper).
· Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, suppliers and internal team.
