Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and safety-focused Dive Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marine life, guest experience, and maintaining high operational standards in a dynamic dive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead certified divers on guided dives in a safe and professional manner
Conduct thorough dive briefings and debriefings
Ensure all diving activities comply with safety standards and procedures
Assist with daily dive centre operations and equipment preparation
Monitor guest comfort, air consumption, and underwater safety
Support equipment rinsing, storage, and general dive centre cleanliness
Promote marine conservation and responsible diving practices
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements
PADI Certified Dive Instructor or Dive Guide (Divemaster minimum)
