SCOPE OF WORK
Lead the distribution operations for Alcoholic Beverages, Cigars, and Premium Brands .
Coordinate logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Oversee inventory management and stock recording using specialized software.
Manage staff schedules, ensuring coverage across 6-day work weeks or shift bases.
Enforce company rules, safety guidelines, and professional conduct at the workplace.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the beverage distribution sector.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership ability to manage diverse teams independently.
Highly self-motivated and confident in high-pressure operational environments.
