Viluxur Holidays is a destination-led luxury travel house operating across Russia/CIS, the GCC, China, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka. As our inbound operations expand, we are strengthening our airport concierge and guest services team in the Maldives to ensure a seamless, high-touch arrival and departure experience for our guests.
This role is front-facing and service-driven , representing Viluxur at the very first and last point of the guest journey.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a smooth, personalised airport experience for Viluxur guests, coordinating arrivals, departures, transfers, and VIP handling at Velana International Airport.
You will work closely with:
Resorts
Speedboat and seaplane operators
Airlines and ground handlers
Viluxur operations and reservations teams
