As an Airport Transfer Guide (Airport Representative), you will be required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
1. Meet and guide tourists from the international airport arrival zone to the Seaplane checking counter / Domestic terminal checking counter or a boat departure/arrival area. 2. Answer to guest questions, provide quick support. 3. Assist guests with luggage if needed. 4. Provide a brief overview about Maldives and waiting time for the transfer. 5. Assist with purchasing a sim card or anything else in the airport if needed. 6. Assist with orientation in the international or domestic terminal. 7. Inform guests and sales & reservations team about transfer delay and provided support. 8. Be available over the mobile phone / WhatsApp 24/7. 9.
