We are looking for a reliable and flexible HR Operations Assistant to support daily HR operations and assist staff with essential logistical needs. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work irregular hours when required. Key Responsibilities: Support HR with staff arrivals and departures at the airport Assist employees with medical appointments, bank account opening, and SIM registration Coordinate effectively with staff and external parties to ensure smooth processes Provide general operational support to HR as needed Requirements: Physically fit; able to lift and remain on foot for extended periods Flexible and available as needed, including irregular hours Reliable, organized, and able to coordinate effectively with staff and external parties Interested candidates may submit their CV, ID Card/Passport copy, educational certificates, and experience letters to careers@mgh.com.mv
