Key Responsibilities
· Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, billing follow-up and collection of outstanding dues
· Monitor and reconcile customer accounts and related receivables
· Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers and vouchers
· Perform bank reconciliation
· Knowledge of taxation (GST, EWT, Pension)
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
· Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
· Prepare initial costing for projects, products or services before execution.
· Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and MS Excel
