SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at 3A Beauty Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, and personal care products.

• Provide accurate product information and answer customer questions.

• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new products.

• Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.

• Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled, and displayed.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.

• Check product expiry dates and report near-expiry or damaged products.

• Support daily store operations and stock replenishment.

• Work closely with the cashier and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with customers.

• Willingness to learn about products and improve product knowledge.

• Honest, responsible, and hardworking.

• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
