Cashier

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, honest, and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at 3A Beauty Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily sales transactions, assisting customers with payments, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.

• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and issue receipts to customers.

• Ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded.

• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.

• Check and report any cash shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager.

• Assist customers politely and provide good customer service.

• Ensure the cashier counter is clean, organized, and properly maintained.

• Follow company policies and cashier procedures.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding pricing, discounts, and promotional offers.

• Prepare daily sales and cash reports when required.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.

• Good attention to detail, especially when handling money.

• Able to work under pressure and handle busy working hours.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Good teamwork and a positive working attitude.
