Position Overview

Assuranz Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced, proactive Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily construction site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution remains on schedule, within scope, and aligned with company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations & Supervision: Oversee all day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site personnel.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and compliance on-site.

• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track project milestones, report daily progress to Project Managers, and proactively address any delays or operational bottlenecks.

• Communication & Management: Communicate site needs, updates, and structural/design changes effectively to higher management.

• Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect ongoing work to verify it meets project standards, architectural plans, and engineering specifications.

• Site Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, material usage tracking, worker attendance, and site issue records.

• Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve on-site conflicts, supply shortages, or technical problems as they arise.

• Stakeholder Representation: Represent the company professionally during site visits, client walkthroughs, and official inspections.

• Resource & Equipment Care: Oversee the proper storage, safe operation, and routine maintenance of tools, machinery, and raw materials.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, or similar role in civil construction projects.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, material management, site safety protocols, and building specifications.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site crews and communicate effectively in written and spoken English.

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities to handle supply issues or technical site challenges on the spot.
