Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage MEP activities across our construction and engineering projects.
Level: Senior Management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in construction/project management
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and resource management
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project teams
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee MEP activities from project planning through completion
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across project sites
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Review technical drawings, specifications, material submittals, and method statements
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, regulations, and project requirements
• Lead and coordinate MEP engineering and site teams
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure successful project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover
