About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations, business development, construction and engineering activities. The General Manager will provide strategic leadership, manage teams and projects, develop new business opportunities, and ensure the company achieves its operational and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and overall performance.
Develop and implement business and growth strategies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Lead construction, engineering, and project activities.
Manage and develop employees and teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor project timelines, resources, and performance.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
